By booking a stay at Raj Kapoor Farmhouse you agree to the following terms. 1. Bookings & Payments A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due on the day of check-in. 2. Check-in / Check-out Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 48 hours prior receive a full refund of the advance. Within 48 hours, the advance is non-refundable. 4. Guest Conduct Loud music after 10:00 PM is not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or amenities during their stay. 5. Pool Safety Use of the swimming pool is at guests own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Smoking Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. 7.
